Registered Nurse (click to view full job description): We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary Chronic Pain Program at a community-based pain clinic. The RN will play an essential role in supporting clinical care, patient education, health system navigation, research projects and care coordination for people living with chronic pain, with a focus on children/youth and other underserviced populations. A significant allocation of this role will be to support research projects. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, empathy, and a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally safe care.
Nurse Practitioner - Pelvic Pain Stream (click to view full job description): We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our interdisciplinary team in a community-based chronic pain clinic. The NP will play an essential role in delivering comprehensive, trauma-informed care to children, youth, and adults living with chronic pelvic pain. This position combines advanced clinical practice, health promotion, and collaborative leadership to improve outcomes and access to care for an underserved population, specifically pelvic pain. Chronic pain care activities for pelvic pain care concurrently provided by the physicians of the clinic will be in tandem with NP care to support seamless pain care for patients across the lifespan.
